Lead Atlas may use public records, third-party data providers, aerial or map imagery, permit data, ownership data, and user-provided filters to generate prospecting results. Availability and accuracy can vary by market and source.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, including authentication, hosting, analytics, payment, email, data, mapping, AI, and customer support providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Payment providers may collect and process billing information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
